To feed the needy and the underprivileged 

Haiti Vision Inc, which is the vision of Yehovah for Haiti, promotes the restoration of man to oneness with God. From the understanding that from creation God Yehovah made man flesh first then injected in him His breath that is His Spirit, we endeavor ourselves to provide the poor people of God in the wilderness of Haiti with the basic life sustenance & then teach them the word of God which is spirit. These two essential components of man: flesh and spirit make it necessary for us to approach the redemption of man from those two aspects.

Yehoshua the Messiah who is Wisdom gave us the perfect example when He fed the multitude with bread and fish prior to feeding them the word of God Mat14&15. Later on, before Yehoshua ascended in Heaven to the Father, He reiterated to Peter to feed His people both physically and spiritually Jhn21, 1Pe5. The understanding that the physical feeding should be a preparatory step toward the spiritual feeding is essential to ensure prosperity from God. This is referred to as casting the net on the right side. But if one would dedicate himself to feed the poor only physically, it would be casting the net on the left side, and this pursuit would be lacking because it would fail to fulfill the two dimensional aspects of man. Feeding the people of God physically and spiritually is vital in the last days for their restoration, and this is clearly portrayed in the vision of the dead bones in Eze37 where the bones have to be clothed first with flesh and then receive the breath from God.

This whole redemptive approach can be summed up in the following scripture: Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

Being armed with this understanding, we at Haiti Vision Inc. set ourselves to promote a development of the natural and human resources around us in harmony with the laws of God who creates us in order to respond to the needs of the physical man while providing an environment conducive to the Holy Spirit for the inner regeneration of the spiritual man. We come to understand that there are 12 foundations that are necessary to restore man’s nature to wholeness & reestablish him in peace with His Maker. To this end, Haiti Vision is undertaking to establish the following 12 foundations that would be best nurtured in the way of community living and which would serve as a wall of protection around the children of God and provide them a way where they can grow as trees of righteousness and blossom as roses. We will establish 12 foundations of 12 institutions according to the number of the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 apostles which will fulfill the physical and the spiritual needs of our brothers and sisters while staying faithful to our heritage as the physical children of Israel and having a clear vision of our destiny.

The 12 foundations will be established as follow first of all in the city of Petit-Goave, which has 12 communes.

• Agriculture and raising livestock: Help the peasants to acquire seeds, farming equipment, and technical assistance.
• Irrigation, Water, Electricity, and Energy distribution: Acquire water pumps, generators and consider other alternative sources of energy such as solar energy.
• Economy and finances:Through our credit union named “COVIFA” encourage small businesses and enterprises by giving them small loans with no interests.
• Commerce and Industry: Promote different activities of exchange between the merchants and the entrepreneurs. Open a true community market, a community bakery, and encourage the opening of other small industries.
• Fishing: Obtain fishing equipment, fishing boats, freezers and technical assistance.
• Social Affairs: Build and orphanage for the downtrodden, rehabilitate them for their full participation in our society.
• Health and Life: Put emphasis on prevention. Open some health centers, a diagnostic center and a mobile clinic. Stress the importance of moral values and of good nutrition.
• Transportation: Obtain bicycles, motorcycles, jeeps, pick up trucks, ships and trucks to transport our food items, construction items and products Get also some horses and donkeys for some type of transportation.
• Education: Undertake a campaign of literacy. Open a vocational school and a university from kindergarten to college. Establish an educational system which harmonizes with our culture and our aspirations.
• Recreation, Environment and Tourism: Improve the historical sites, the parks and the public places of attraction. Initiate a project of reforestation, and build a welcoming center and a guesthouse.
• Justice and Peace: Establish a committee of honest, God-fearing people, to encourage the people to settle their disputes peacefully, and to have more civility and morality in dealing with each other.
• Worship, Sanctification and Evangelism: Build a tabernacle. Restore the daily worship based on praising, fasting and praying. Acquire instruments of communication to promote the true Christ for our liberation. Put emphasis on restoration of the families, spiritual and moral values, our true identity which reveals our Hebraic culture and our Israelite tradition and teaching of the Holy laws of God.

On this occasion, we want to present a holy, living and acceptable sacrifice worthy of our heritage as the holy people, a sample of what is our originality, of who we are and on what foundation we want to build our future. We want to offer to our nation and to the whole world a substantial representation of a way of life which harmonize with our identity, our culture and our aspirations as descendants of the chosen people. This way of life is going to be a real testimony that is going to yield a sweet aroma which is not going to be evaporated after hours of joyful popular celebrations, but which will rather be imprinted in the hearts and minds of our brothers and sisters.

This approach which is starting in the city of Petit-Goave will spread throughout the country and abroad. While in the Diaspora, we are encouraging many to come to the help of Haiti by being involved in different support committees. It’s a mission to promote the mystery of Godliness which is to restore man in the likeness of his creator God. It’s a journey to prepare the way of holiness in the wilderness of Haiti, as we would go from city to city, from mountain to mountain to work within the framework of these 12 foundations and establish the true vision of Yehovah for Haiti because it’s written: Prov. 29:18 Where there is no vision the people perish but he that keeps the law happy is he…and where the law of tithing is followed and generous offerings are given, there will surely be an abundant provision Mal3:8-11 To this visionwe invite you to be a part of.
